Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping at fixed rates. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Import fees may apply in your country. All import duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We use German Post, DHL, DHL Express, Hermes, UPS, FedEx, TNT and DPD as shipping carriers.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
COVID
Due to the covid situation, shipping to some locations may be restricted or have longer shipping periods than expected. In some cases direct checkout may only be available on request. Should you see an error message at check out, then please contact us.
- Standard shipping methods are with German Post available for worldwide shipping, includes a base insurance of 30€
- DHL shipping is with standard DHL, not Express! Available for worldwide shipping, includes a base insurance of 500€
- Hermes shipping is available to many EU Countries. Includes a base insurance of 500€
- Express options: We can ship anywhere in the world with express shipping via UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, TNT.
Delivery time for express is 24hours - 14 work days. Prices starting at 9€. If there is a specific Express option you would like, please contact us before placing an order with us.

- Rest of the world: starting at 9,00€
For an exact shipping quote, please add all items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. At the bottom of your shopping cart you can calculate shipping costs. (the displayed cost does not include any import duties and fee's)
Shipping time
- Within Germany: 1 - 4 business days
- Within EU: 2 - 21 business days
- Worldwide: 2 - 48 business days
Shipping time may vary and can take much longer depending on shipping method. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us for more information. Shipping time is stated in work days / Business days Monday to Friday, weekends or holidays are not included.
Order processing
After we have received payment for your order, the order will be processed.
Processing time is usually 1-5 business days, however processing may take up to 14 business days before shipping. This will depend on the capacity of the order. The majority of our parts are made to order.
Tracking
The tracking number for your order will be provided to you via E-Mail. Your tracking number is also available in your user account.
To view please do the following:
- Log into your user account
- View orders
- Click on the order you wish to track
- Tracking number is listed under shipment details
- click the tracking number to track.

Free Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping to selected countries for orders over value 200.00EUR
Free shipping to most destinations is with standard German post mail, limited tracking. Within the EU we may use alternative methods, as UPS, TNT, DHL express, FedEx, Hermes, DPD, GLS etc. If a faster shipping method is wished, please select so at checkout.
Free shipping is not eligible to all countries. if the option is not displayed at checkout, then it is not available to your country.
