Buying FAQ's

Do you combine the cost of postage for orders of more than one item?
Yes, our website automatically calculates the cost of postage based on the total weight and size of the item(s) ordered.

What type of Payment options do you accept?
- Bank Transfer- limited to EU Countries! We have currently deactivated this method due to a high rate of orders coming in but not being paid. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please contact us.

- PayPal
- Various types of Credit-Cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, etc..)  

Do you charge any extra fees for the online payment transactions?
No, at present we don’t charge any extra fees.

Can I pay via bank deposit?
If you have a bank account in an EU country, it is possible to pay via bank deposit, however these generally take 48 hours to clear in our account, and may delay your order. Once you've added the item to your cart, simply select "bank deposit" as the payment method, and our bank details will be emailed to you. Once your payment has been received, we'll send you an email confirming that we've received your payment.

Order processing

After we have received payment for your order, the order will be processed. 

Processing time is usually 1-5 business days, however processing may take up to 14 business days before shipping and up to 21 work days in the Holiday season or during a site sale.

What scale are your products? 

We exclusively produce 1:18 parts. All parts and transkits are designed for various makes and manufacturers of models. We mainly concentrate on the Japanese market. (Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, etc.) With time we will be adding more items to our catalog. 


Do your products come painted or assembled? Can I choose another color?

All of our transkits, parts and wheels come in raw unpainted resin for you to paint and assemble. We have few exceptions that some items come pre-assembled (wheel hubs, seat belts, etc.) and a few exceptions of painted items. All painted items are limited edition. We do not offer custom painted items.


Are you able to customize a model for me?

We no longer offer customized models, at this time we only sell the parts for you to build it yourself.

Are you able to build custom parts for me?

At this time we do not offer custom parts. Please refer to our shop to see all available items. 


There is a model you posted which I am interested in, can I buy it?

Often times yes, then the model will be listed in our store under "Models > For Sale", where you can see all details and prices. If it is not listed, it is either not for sale or has already been sold. 


What sort of warranty do your parts have?
All of the parts that we sell come with a 14 day replacement warranty. If the product breaks, then we will send a replacement free of charge.

Do you accept item returns?
All products from our shop can be returned 14 days after the delivery date. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first before shipping the products back. We advise you to pack them safely, and return the items in the same condition you received them. Upon receiving the returned items we will inspect them and refund your money shortly thereafter. 

Who pays for freight when returning the order?
All return shipping costs must be covered by the sender. As we ship with registered mail, we expect you to do the same so we can track the return of the order. If you ship the order back without tracking, we cannot guarantee the order will arrive safely and may not be able to process a refund.
