Free shipping is dispatched with standard postal mail via German post, this is a basic shipping method with limited tracking. If you wish for a better shipping method, please select it at checkout. In some cases we may ship via other carriers.
Many products may be limited on stock and may be sold out during the time of our sale, we advise to place your order as soon as possible.
As many of our products are made to order, please be aware that our regular processing time of a few days will be extended to 21 work days. Please refrain from contacting us about when we will ship your order. You will be notified once it has been shipped, latest 21 work days after order date placed.
